Olaf Lüdemann

Olaf Lüdemann, born in 1970, studied at the University of Bremen (Graduate Economist) following his apprenticeship as a bank clerk.
Since the beginning of his professional career, Mr. Lüdemann has specialised in the areas of private equity and corporate finance transactions. Thus, at the Hamburger Sparkasse (Hamburg Savings Bank) he was one of those responsible for setting up the area of corporate finance as well as the affiliate company, where he transacted investments in technological and start-up enterprises. Mr. Lüdemann then changed to Delbrück & Co., private bankers, where he directed the Northern German Corporate Finance Team and was responsible for the private equity and mezzanine transactions for medium-sized enterprises.
Since 2002 he has been one of those responsible for the private equity and mezzanine transactions at Lampe Corporate Finance, Ltd, which belongs to the Lampe Banking House. Since then, Mr. Lüdemann has carried out numerous transactions, especially in the area of renewable energies, and accompanied many portfolio enterprises for many years until the exit. Out of this wide-ranging experience, Mr. Lüdemann was one of the initiators, in late 2007, of the largest German affiliate companies exclusively specialising in renewable energies - Conetwork Erneuerbare Energien Holding GmbH & Co. KGaA (“CEE”) (Conetwork Renewable Energies Holding, Ltd.)- and is currently serving as its Managing Director.
