Felix Goedhart

Deputy Chairman

1964-born Felix Goedhart has, after his graduation in business studies at Hochschule St. Gallen (Lic.Oec. HSG) and University of Chicago (MBA), worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, one of the leading international consultancies, for over four years in Düsseldorf and Munich. As senior project manager, Mr. Goedhart lead a multitude of consulting projects in the media business and the telecommunications industry in Germany and abroad.

MIn mid-1995, Mr. Goedhart shifted to Kirch group, then one of Europe’s leading media enterprises. After over two years developing the digital pay-TV platform DF1 as a member of the executive committee, Mr. Goedhart moved to pay-TV market leader Premiere, Hamburg, at the end of 1997.

In mid-1999, Mr. Goedhart took over chairmanship of the executive committee of equitrust AG in Hamburg. There, he built up the investment and funds business. One of the most prominent investment of equitrust AG was Ersol Solar Energy AG, Erfurt, a global leader in photovoltaic wafers, solar cells and modules.

Since November 1st, 2006, Mr. Goedhart has been CEO of Hamburg-based investment company Capital Stage AG.

Furthermore, since January 2003, Mr. Goedhart has been a member of the administrative board of Gottfried Schultz GmbH & Co., Ratingen, the largest independent retailer of VW, Audi, and Porsche cars in Germany. Mr. Goedhart is also a member of the advisory board of BlueTec GmbH & Co. KG, Trendelburg, as well as of GBA Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik Hamburg mbH.
