Inventux Appoints New Supervisory Board

Berlin, March 19, 2008 – Inventux Technologies AG – a start-up company that specializes in the development, production and marketing of thin film solar modules – appointed their new Supervisory Board as from March 10, chaired by Prof. Dr. Uwe Specht. Deputy Chairman of the Board is Felix Goedhart. Above that Dr. Frank Feyen, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Günter Keller, Dr. Oliver Wittmann und Detlef Steinmann are also members of the board.

With Prof. Dr. Uwe Specht as chairman, the Inventux Technologies AG has got an experienced and internationally recognized manager on board. The graduated economist and political scientist with a doctor’s degree lectures on “Vertical Marketing” and “International Communication Politics and Brand Management at the University of Cologne. For 15 years - until 2005 – he was a member of the Corporate Management at Henkel KGaA in Düsseldorf and an unlimited partner of the company.

Felix Goedhart, Deputy Chairman of Inventux Technologies AG, chairs the Board of Management of the Capital Stage AG in Hamburg. After his graduation from the University of St. Gallen he worked as a project manager at the renowned consulting firm Booz Allen & Hamilton. Later on Mr. Goedhart became one of the directors at the pay-TV market leader Premiere.

For several years Dr. Frank C. Feyen worked as manager for the Droege & Comp. AG before he started working for the Schüco International KG as Divison Manager in 1999. There he was reponsible for the field of “Corporate Planning and Business Development“ as a classic inhouse consultant. Since 2002 he has been Director and Partner of the management consulting firm “GreyStone Internationale Managementberatung.”

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Günter Keller lectures on Electrical Engineering and Electronic Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Deggendorf. He is Head of Laboratory for Electromagnetic Compatibility. Until 1998 the specialist for power electronics and inverters worked at the “Institut für solare Energieversorgungstechnik” (ISET) for ten years. His numerous publications about converters for photovoltaic power plants and MPP tracking have earned him an outstanding reputation as an expert in this field.

Dr. Oliver Wittmann studied Business Economics at the Freie Universität Berlin. As Commercial Director at the TÜV Krafttfahrt GmbH he was responsible for the sector “Mobility and Traffic” until January 2001. At present Dr. Oliver Wittmann is CFO at the Siegwerk Druckfarben AG, the parent company of the Siegwerk Group.

Detlef Steinmann holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has already worked in various management positions, amongst others for E.on or Bilfinger Berger. Since 2000 Detlef Steinmann has been working as Investment Director at the Capital Stage AG in Hamburg.

Löwenstein continues: “Besides the new appointment I am particularly happy to say that we were able to comply with our schedule and could already hire the 50th staff member for Inventux at the beginning of this month.”
