BEOS GmbH Hands Over Production Building to Inventux Technologies AG

In a symbolic action on 8 July, BEOS GmbH (Ltd.) handed over the key to the building on Wolfener Strasse 23 in Berlin-Marzahn to Inventux Technologies AG (Ltd.). BEOS GmbH had bought the building in December 2007 by order of an international investor group and completely renovated it within six months with an investment volume of approx. €20 million. Inventux Technologies AG will open their first production site for innovative micromorph thin-film modules on a surface area of 15,000 sq m as planned. Approx. 9,000 sq m are to be used as a production surface, approx. 4,400 for offices and approx. 1,500 sq m as storage area. The core of the renovation was the investment by the tenants in complex domestic engineering systems and cleanroom technology for solar production.
