Inventux Technologies AG appoints new Supervisory Board

Berlin, March 18th 2008

Inventux Technologies AG has appointed their new supervisory board by the 10th of March as scheduled, with wide-spread competence and renown in science, industry, and the financial business.

In Dr. Uwe Specht, Inventux Technologies AG has gained an experienced manager of international recognition for supervisory board chairman. Dr. Uwe Specht has been in the executive committee of global player Henkel KGaA for 15 years, until the year of 2005, and also was one of Henkel’s individually liable managing partners. A graduate economist and doctor of political science, Dr. Uwe Specht lectures marketing at Köln University.

Felix Goedhart, deputy chairman of Inventux’ supervisory board, is chairman of the executive committee of Inventux’ main shareholder, Hamburg-based Capital Stage AG. Before that, Mr. Goedhart was a member of the executive committee of German pay-TV market pioneer Premiere.

Further members of the board include Dr. Frank Feyen, CEO and partner of GreyStone International Consulting, former head of the solar department at Schüco KG; Prof. Dr.-Ing. Günter Keller, director of the laboratory for power electronics and lecturer for electronics/electrical engineering at Fach-hochschule Deggendorf; Dr. Oliver Wittmann, Chief Financial Officer of Sieg-werk Druckfarben AG, parent company of Siegwerk Group, and Detlef Steinmann, Investment Director at Capital Stage AG.
