Alexander Bayerlein, MBE
Head of Production
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Technical University of Dresden (Germany), Master of Business and Engineering at Steinbeis University Berlin (Germany).
Experience: Team leader of process development and later head of production for “Walter AG”, a tool manufacturing company.
Holger Brandt
Head of Production Technology (Back-End and Automation)
Education: Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel (Germany).
Experience: Employee in the field of solar technology, afterwards configuration and management of a solar thermal and photovoltaic production plant, head of production engineering for a solar company.
Andreas Häger
Head of Project Management and Technical Sales
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in power engineering at the University of Kassel (Germany).
Experience: Employee at the Institute of Solar Energy Supply Technologies (“ISET”), employee in the field of research and development of solar technology, later installation and management of the technical sales and application technology of a solar company.
Jörg Kienzle, MBE
Head of Operations

Experience: Project manager for new production facilities within the photovoltaic industry, head of development photovoltaics.

Experience: Employee in the field of annual audit at “PricewaterhouseCoopers AG”, member of the board and head of accounting at a charity association.
Michael Kuthning
Head of IT

Experience: IT consultant and project manager, later head of IT at “Tieto Enator GmbH”, head of IT infrastructure at “Optical Disk Services GmbH”.
Klaus Neubeck, PhD
Head of Production Technology (Front-End)
Education: Physics Major at University of Heidelberg (Germany), PhD in Material Sciences with specialization in thin layers at Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany).
Experience: More than fifteen years of experience in the field of thin film and vacuum technology, site manager und process engineer in Japan, senior management positions at leading equipment provider for display and solar industry in Switzerland and Taiwan.
Thorsten Ronge, MBE
Head of Marketing & Product Management

Experience: Product manager solar for the US market including the development of a product portfolio for market entry, head of product management solar.
